Training Manager includes the Hakware Cyber Awareness (HCA) certification — covering phishing recognition, social engineering, password hygiene, and security incident reporting — and the Hakware Cyber Incident Specialist (HCIS) certification, a more advanced programme covering incident response procedures, forensic evidence handling, and threat analysis techniques.

Each training module is followed by a multiple-choice assessment. Staff must achieve a passing score to receive completion credit. Assessment scores are recorded per user and reported on the Training Manager dashboard, so managers can identify which staff are struggling with specific topics and require additional support or re-training.

Yes. Training Manager supports recurring campaign scheduling — you can set an annual phishing awareness campaign to auto-launch every quarter or push a new policy module to all staff when a policy is updated. Completion reminders are sent to users with outstanding modules, and managers are notified when staff fall behind campaign deadlines.
